Taiwan’s key role in the AI supply chain is highlighted by its impressive contribution to the manufacturing of AI chips and more than 90% of the world’s AI servers. This proficiency positions Taiwan as a major player in harnessing substantial computing power, establishing it as an indispensable global contributor in the AI-enabled healthcare domain. The Expo showcases an extensive suite of AI applications and solutions encompassing AI infrastructure, high-performance and cloud computing servers, AI-enabled medical devices and diagnostics, and generative AI for workflow optimization. Participating medical centers from Taiwan, together with IT/ICT industry partners and multinational giants such as Intel and Microsoft, aim to address healthcare industry challenges and promote interdisciplinary collaborations.

Anticipating the presence of more than 30,000 professionals from the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe and Gulf regions, organizers anticipate substantial interest from industry associations in the United Arab Emirates, Poland, the Czech Republic, as well as rapidly growing economies such as Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. Strategic partnerships with Taiwan’s healthcare sector are in the spotlight, with more than 500 B2B meetings scheduled, designed to facilitate business discussions and catalyze new business ventures.

Distinguishing itself as the only global trade fair focused on hospitals, Healthcare+ Expo has seen consistent 15% annual growth in event scale over its seven-year history. It has evolved to be one of the most sought after meetings in the Asia-Pacific region for professionals in the healthcare sector. Concurrently, the Expo hosts other important events, including the MEDTEX Summit Asia and the Cancer Care and Precision Medicine in APAC (Asia-Pacific) forum.

Healthcare+ Expo 2024 is scheduled to take place December 5-8, 2024, and will continue to serve as a catalyst for transformative advancements and collaborative discoveries in the ever-evolving landscape of AI healthcare.
