Carole Justice Confirms Tchelsy’s Guilt in Money Laundering Case: Defense Denies Responsibility – Latest Updates

On June 12, Carole justice confirmed Tchelsy’s guilt. Absent and judged in absentia, the woman received a year in prison for money laundering. According to the court conviction, she transferred more than €3,000 to her bank account at the expense of her neighbor, whom she frequently helped with the household.

After filing an opposition to the judgment, she was able to explain her guilt to the court. And Tchelsy denies being responsible for this money laundering. “I wasn’t aware of that. I wondered what was going on when I saw that,” says the opponent.

The investigation carried out by the courts involves two bank accounts, including that of Tchelsy. For the prosecution, the latter was therefore indeed engaged in money laundering and the one-year prison sentence must be confirmed.

The defense therefore does not share this theory. Me Gras requests the acquittal of her client, affirming that the latter is in no way responsible for anything and that she was not at the origin of the opening of the second bank account also involved in the facts. “She helped the victim and received some money for the services rendered. That’s all. The second account is not in his name,” specifies the lawyer.

Judgment in early January.
