“Biden needs the continuation of hostilities in Ukraine in order to hold on to power. He has no other choice,” Volodin wrote on Telegram.
According to the speaker, Ukraine plays an important role in the upcoming midterm congressional elections, and the current US president understands this. “Even as vice president, Biden was a participant in her political life and an active supporter of the Maidan.
