‘Coca-Cola is all chemicals’: Vladimir Putin promotes Ivan Tea

Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin says that Coca-Cola, the world famous soft drink, is full of chemicals. Instead, Putin praised Ivan Tea, found in Russia’s Siberian region.

Ivan tea, or Ivan tea, is a traditional Russian drink. This tea is made by boiling the leaves of a plant called fireweed. This tea also contains slightly stronger intoxicants than caffeine. An association of Ivan tea producers approached Putin asking him to support the traditional drink.

Putin has declared his full support, suggesting that traditional Ivan tea is the best alternative to chemical-laden Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola is among American companies that have halted production in protest of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Coca-Cola withdrew from the Russian market last June.
