One of the gaming industry’s most trusted insiders announces that the next installment of the post-apocalyptic TPS has begun development.
The Last of Us, rich news in 2022
We are not idle at Naughty Dog. The American studio, whose popularity exploded with the series of Uncharted and especially thanks to The Last of Usis back in business with an indiscretion that should absolutely delight fans of Ellie (and Abby?): the announcement of the development of a third part to the post-apocalyptic TPS saga.
This news, which of course remains to be confirmed by an official word, comes to close a year 2022 rich in events for fans of the universe:
- the remake of The Last of Us Part Ireleased on September 2 for PlayStation 5, featuring improved graphics and gameplay similar to that of The Last of Us Part II.
- series The Last of Usunveiled this year with Pedro Pascal (Joel) and Maisie Williams (Ellie) and which will be available on the HBO platform from January 15, 2023.
