StoRmsN we last had here at Nintendo Connect in July 2023 with one of the hardest SNES speedrun categories: the 102% in Donkey Kong Country 2. Today he brought his Nintendo 64 and a speed run for the unfortunately somewhat unsung classic Blast Corps. Look forward to massive explosions at top speed! Blast Corps (in Japan Blast Dozer) is an action game released in 1997 by the English developer Rare for the N64 console. A game concept that is extremely rare in this respect – the players have to destroy buildings and other obstacles with various demolition vehicles – is used in Blast Corps well done.
The title is one of the best games that have appeared for the Nintendo 64 because of the original idea and successful implementation.
