Bolsonaristas targeted by the PF are identified in RO; one is at large

Two Bolsonaristas have already been identified. One of the men had a gun and magazines;

Targets are suspected of participating in vandalism and anti-democratic acts in Brasília (DF);

At the time, eight vehicles were set on fire, public and private buildings were vandalized and Bolsonarists tried to invade the PF headquarters in the Federal District.

This Thursday (29), five arrest warrants are served against supporters of President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in Roraima. The targets are suspected of participating in acts of vandalism promoted in Brasília (DF), on December 12th.

Two men have already been identified: Ricardo Yukio Aoyama, 33 years old, in Ariquemes (RO), and Joel Pires Santana, 40 years old, in São Francisco do Guaporé (RO).

The warrants are part of the operation launched this Thursday by the Federal Police and the Civil Police of the Federal District. In addition to the arrests in Roraima, the PF is still serving eight search and seizure warrants in the state.


According to information obtained by the G1 portal, during the searches at Ricardo’s house, the police seized a gun, four chargers and various ammunition. On social media, he presents himself as a supporter of Bolsonaro and maintains connections with extremist groups.

The crimes investigated by the police are qualified damage, arson, criminal association, violent abolition of the democratic rule of law and coup d’état. The maximum sentences amount to 34 years in prison.

In addition to Rondônia, search and seizure and arrest warrants are served in the Federal District, Pará, Mato Grosso, Tocantins, Ceará, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The court orders were issued by the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

Among the targets are Bolsonaro supporters who attended the camp installed on the outskirts of the Army Headquarters, in the Urban Military Sector (SMU), in Brasília.
