The management of bpost and all the unions signed a new collective labor agreement (CCT) on Tuesday for the period 2023-2024, the company and the ACOD union confirmed.
The CEO of the Belgian branch of bpost, Jos Donvil, had already announced a preliminary agreement two weeks ago. This agreement is now concluded. The company guarantees in the new agreement that there will be no social plan until the end of 2024. Bpost specifies that the agreement contains measures to make field jobs more attractive, “including increasing purchasing power“.
