An insider claimed at the time that Aniston and Pitt were “making contact a lot” during lockdown, chatting over the phone and via Zoom and hanging out from time to time.
Apparently, the two should get along well once more. But of course it took a long time for the ex-couple to find a place of mutual respect and understanding following Pitt’s affair with Angelina Jolie and the subsequent divorce from Aniston.
“Brad felt bad regarding what he did to Jen, but they worked through their issues and started over. The more they talked, the more they realized how much they missed each other as friends,” the insider continued .
