And he continued: “Then the ambulance and the police came, and her brother Hazem J. kissed them, to see what was going on. When the ambulance came, they reassured me for a while, and after that, the police came and sat talking to me to find out what happened, and I told them every need in detail, and then they took me in a police car and took me to the station.”
When asked about the reason for his thinking of killing the victim, his response was: “I got tired of it, and I couldn’t be patient with it more than that.”
The opposition judge at the Tanta Court in Gharbia Governorate decided two days ago to renew the detention of a groom for 15 days pending investigation, on charges of killing his bride several days after their wedding, inside their apartment.
And the Western Security Directorate had received a notification from the Police Rescue informing the people of the death of a bride named “Aya Al-Shibini” after her husband assaulted her with a white weapon 48 hours after their wedding.
The security services moved to the scene, and the husband accused of the incident was arrested. A report of the incident was issued and the Public Prosecution Office, which took over the investigation, was notified.
