The fairy tale continues for Brigitte Macron’s daughter. The eldest First Lady seems happier than ever since she met her lover, Matthieu Graffensttaden – whose real name is Matthieu Gasser. After divorcing from Guillaume Jourdan in March 2021, the mother of three children – Emma, Alice and Thomas – formalized her relationship with her companion in August of the following year, even if the latter had been seen in the crowd at the only meeting of Emmanuel Macron’s presidential campaign in April 2022.
Since then, the lovers have not hesitated to display their happiness on their respective social networks. During this Easter weekend, Laurence did not hesitate to post several photos in her story. If she revealed that she was with her children and that they were enjoying an outing at the Palace of Versailles and at a stud farm, the cardiologist also revealed a photo of Matthieu and her exchanging a beautiful kiss. We can see Laurence, all smiles, looking at the camera while her lover places a tender kiss on her cheek, while they are both dressed warmly given the Sunday weather.

The lovebirds have also created a website highlighting their joint works and organize exhibitions together. On their website, the lovers did not hesitate to reveal more about their unusual story, because the couple has known each other for a long time. It was during a vacation, when they were teenagers, that Laurence and Matthieu met. Distance took its toll on their story, but life gave them a beautiful gift a few years later, when, amid separations, Matthieu wrote a letter to Laurence. History did the rest. By finally seeing each other again, they started a new life together and, since then, they have both been charting their path with their blended family.
