The body of an unidentified woman has been pulled from the water of the Intracoastal Waterway. The body of the dead was spread across three suitcases floating within a radius of less than two kilometers.
Last week, construction workers first found a piece of luggage from which media reports said body parts were sticking out. The notified police searched the canal and only a few hours later found two more suitcases with gruesome contents.
Officials in the city of 67,000 have now held a press conference on the mysterious murder.

Police say the victim is a white or Hispanic woman between the ages of 35 and 55. The suspect was about 1.70 meters tall. Most striking feature on the face: Tattooed eyebrows.
An identikit was released, as were photos of the suitcases and the off-the-shoulder floral patterned blouse the unidentified woman was wearing at the time of her murder. The body parts are said to have been in the water for between one and four days.
The police are apparently still completely in the dark as to the identity of the victim and the killer. This is shown by the statement of a spokesman at the press conference when asked for information: “No information is too small.”
