Accordingly, at regarding 2:30 on February 21, on Highway 1A, Tien Xuan 1 village, Tam Anh Na commune, Nui Thanh district, a serious traffic accident occurred between Phuong Trang passenger car carrying BS51B-9956 and a truck carrying bricks 81C – 156 90.
