Here is the essential of the Casablanca Stock Exchange’s weekly summary for the week of May 09 to 13, 2022:

– The Masi fell 2.83% to 12,682.21 points, and the MSI20, which reflects the price performance of the 20 most liquid companies, lost 3.08% to 1,025.42 points

– 18 sector indices closed on a negative note, once morest 4 in positive territory.

– The overall volume amounted to more than 411.83 million dirhams (MDH). On the podium of the most active stocks are Managem with a transactional volume of 58.82 MDH, Attijariwafa Bank (46.17 MDH) and LafargeHolcim Morocco (42.72 MDH).

– Market capitalization exceeded 661.77 billion dirhams.

– The biggest drops of the week were recorded by Cartier Saada (-8.79%), BMCI (-6.34%) and Lafarge Holcim (-5.82%).

– On the other hand, the best performances were the work of SMI (+4.59%), Jet Contractors (+4.58) and CDM (+3.84%).
