The Palais des Sports in Caen was covered in pink, Friday October 27, 2023, for the Proligue match between Caen and Sarrebourg. The new Caen enclosure was dressed in a beautiful light projected on its facade as part of the demonstrations linked to Pink October.

Caen Handball made this meeting an event in this month of the fight against breast cancer. “The Vikings want to honor resilience, combativeness and courage. These same values shared by all these women who are fighting against breast cancer disease,” the club wrote on its Facebook page ahead of the meeting.

” To mark [son] commitment”, Caen Handball had decided to invite the women for the match against Sarrebourg. The operation was a success since all the places were sold out. The crowd was officially 3,500 people in a sold-out Palais des Sports.
