The application of Box is experiencing instability this Friday, December 1st. Some customers are even able to access the application, but are unable to complete any operation, from bill payments, transfers via Pix and so on. Whenever they try to perform one of these procedures, a failure message appears on the screen. So far, the bank has not reported the cause of the problem.

According to DownDetector, a website that monitors instabilities in services connected to the internet, the problem with the Caixa app began this Friday around 1:28 p.m., when the first notifications of instability arrived. But the big spike in complaints happened at 2:50 pm, with 171 notifications.
