“Modern Warfare III” Overview
■New map: Rio
Introducing Rio, a new medium-sized 6v6 multiplayer map. It features a main street, a tram station, a market, a shopping mall surrounded by squares and cafes, and residential spaces. Take in the vibrant colors of Rio de Janeiro as you battle your way through an upscale shopping center in the heart of the city.
■Three new modes
・Team Gunfight
Similar to traditional gunfights, players receive a random loadout at the start of each round. This loadout will change during the match, so adapt to the given loadout each time and wipe out your rivals.
・Headquarters
Secure your headquarters objective and hold your position for as long as possible to earn points. The defense team will not be able to respawn, so be sure to plan your strategy carefully. The destination will move many times during the match, so be prepared to change positions on the fly.
・Infected
At the start of a match, one player will be randomly assigned as the Infected. The infected player’s only goal is to infect as many other players as possible. Meanwhile, the remaining survivors must use their skills and strategies to wipe out the infected and prevent the spread of the infection.
■A limited time event for “The Boys” will be held!
Compete in a new ‘souped up’ version of Kill Confirm inspired by the hit TV series The Boys. In this twist on the classic mode, defeated Operators drop Compound V, which grants a temporary power boost to the Operator who collects it.
■Ranked play is finally introduced!
Multiplayer ranked play is finally being introduced. Play like the pros in 4v4 matches using the same settings, maps, and modes as Call of Duty League (CDL). Ranked play is available to players who have reached level 55.

■New NVG Gulag public event

■ Steal the weapon case
