Secure an armful of cheap summer reads at the CALS Used Book Sale, which returns to the Port Industrial Hub (7773 Sloane Dr.) in Little Rock on May 8-10.
For those who aren’t hip to Google Maps, CALS has offered the following instructions for locating the sale:
Take exit 4 from I-440 east and turn right onto Lindsey Road. (If you are heading from downtown Little Rock, this is one exit beyond the Little Rock Airport.) Turn right onto Mauney Road, then turn left onto Frazier Pike/Sloane Drive. Our new building – located at 7773 Sloane Drive – will be on your right. We will have signs outside of the building.
As always, paperbacks will be $1, hardbacks will be $2 and sealed bargain boxes “containing many books of the same subject or genre” will also be $2. hours for the sale are 2-5 p.m. on Thursday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and all three days are open to the public.
