Lawyer Ziyad Al-Shaalan gave a response to a question on Tik Tok about whether or not a military member has the authority to issue a violation while carrying their name. Al-Shaalan clarified that the security personnel does have the right to record a violation, without losing their military status, if they commit a violation that goes against the military dress code while on duty.

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Lawyer Ziyad Al-Shaalan explained that the security man has the right to record a violation while carrying his name.

Al-Shaalan received a question from a follower on his account on Tik Tok, in which he said: “Does the military have the right to give me a violation while carrying his name?”

Al-Shaalan replied, “Yes, the security man has the right to issue a violation while carrying his name. The fact that he committed what is considered a violation according to the military dress code does not mean that he has been stripped of his military status, but rather he exercises his job fully.”



In conclusion, it is important to understand that military personnel who are also security personnel have the right to issue violations while carrying their name. This does not strip them of their military status, but rather they are fulfilling their duties fully. As a citizen, it is our duty to respect the dress code and any regulations set in place by military personnel, and if we do receive a violation, we must accept it with good grace.
