In a joint operation between the National Police and the Attorney General’s Office, a Canadian citizen known as “Sasha or el Gringo” was captured in flagrante delicto in the municipality of El Peñol, Antioquia.
This individual faces charges for manufacturing, trafficking and carrying weapons, as well as trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics.
In addition, he has two summonses for disrespect for authority and consumption of psychoactive substances in Cartagena and Medellín.
The investigations revealed that “Sasha o el Gringo” was dedicated to promoting illegal electronic parties on recreational properties in El Peñol.
Parties where narcotics were consumed, prostitution was incited and firearms were used indiscriminately, even with shots fired into the air.
These events were also frequented by members of an Organized Criminal Group known as “La Terraza,” who intimidated local residents.
