Officers of the Bolivarian National Guard captured an armed subject in Puerto Ordaz.
The man, whose identity was not revealed, was carrying a Pietro Beretta caliber 9 mm pistol-type firearm.
The military troops also seized a magazine with 17 unfired 9mm cartridges and a cell phone.
When verifying his data, the citizen produced a police record for the crime of kidnapping, corresponding to May 19, 2018 of the Capital District Delegation of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc).
The procedure was placed at the order of the Public Ministry of the entity.
