Rapper Lil Uzi Vert’s Rolls-Royce Cullinan was modified by Car Effex in New Jersey, USA.
Not all car customizations are an improvement on the original model, although as the name suggests, it is a completely individual matter, having more to do with an owner’s taste than general opinion.
But a few years ago, the idea of having a unique car began to take on an unusual boom, to such an extent that exclusive car manufacturers have decided to give space to those customer wishes, with facilities within the factories themselves where which participate in the selection of all the components that do not affect the performance of the car, and that go from the exterior and interior colors, unique identification details and equipment of different devices or systems. It happens with Ferrari, with Lamborghini, with Rolls-Royce, and with many other brands, including those that make hypercars or luxury cars.

The problem comes when a customer wants to change the shape of the car. That is where, in general, the engineering department disagrees, which has basically studied each part of the vehicle for months, as if someone would change the look of it, in addition to having to risk that modification turning the beautiful car into something not so aesthetic. It happened to Justin Biaber, who modified an originally white Ferrari 458 Italia, painted it blue and added wider fenders, skirtings and a large diffuser, completely out of line with the original design. This cost him to enter the black list of Maranello, for which the American musician will not be able to buy a new Ferrari at any point of sale of the brand in the world.

It is necessary to see what they think of Rolls-Royce, because a few days ago, the company Car Effex, from New Jersey, finished the transformation of a Cullinan, the SUV of the luxury brand of English origin that now belongs to the BMW Group, on request of the eccentric rapper Lil Uzi Vert. No minor modifications were made to the car, but rather a “major surgery” job, since it was turned into a kind of pick-up completely outside the parameters of this type of vehicle.
The modification that the artist commissioned from Car Effex was to completely eliminate the roof of the SUV, from the first row to the rear, but keep the rest of the body, the windshield with its pillars, and the entire structure that also supports the Side doors. But the transformation does not make it a convertible either, because there is no enclosure to cover the interior, so it could be said that it is a vehicle to be enjoyed only on sunny days or hot nights, but without precipitation.
The trunk of the “Cullinan Vert Edition” becomes a kind of box from a pick-up, although with the same upholstery as the passenger compartment, and a large speaker behind the rear seat.

Additionally, a few more changes were made to the interior of the Cullinan. Although the image it transmits is that of a completely white car that includes even the luxurious tires, the window frames and door handles have a black finish. The classic front grille is also painted white, although combined with a rather striking and contrasting violet color, which includes the letters RR of the logo. The eccentricity culminates in the Rolls-Royce badge, the “Spirit of Ecstasy”, which has been completely covered in diamonds.

While the price paid by Symere Woods, the real name of Lil Uzi Vert, has not been known, considering that a Rolls-Royce Cullinan is priced at approximately $350,000, insiders in the custom car market estimated that the “Cullinan Vert Edition” could exceed half a million dollars in value.
