This Sunday morning, around 6:45 a.m., the Brussels firefighters intervened for a car on fire in the Botanique tunnel, the spokesperson tells us. The exact circumstances of the accident remain unknown at the time of writing. Obviously, a car which was traveling on the bridge “fell” and found itself on the roof and on fire at the entrance to the tunnel.
The driver was able to get out and was taken to hospital. There are no other victims.
