Survivor Series WarGames 2023: Randy Orton’s Return and CM Punk’s Shocking Comeback

2023-11-26 03:24:40

After a high-performance women’s WarGames match, it’s time for the men’s WarGames. Judgment Day played its supremacy on the red show against Cody Rhodes, Sami Zayn, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso and Randy Orton (killing two birds with one stone by helping the Rhodes team and coming back from his long back injury.) But that’s not all, Judgment Day had Drew McIntyre as the 5th man!

With the stage set and the rules of WarGames well in mind, it was Seth Rollins and Finn Balor who started the fight. Orton was still not present in the arena, even leaving doubt about his presence this evening.

Perhaps a little asleep, the Chicago public suddenly woke up when Sami Zayn entered the ring, who took care to bring a table with him. But the real question that will continue to agitate the Rhodes team and increase tension is the arrival or not of Randy Orton, who is still absent…

And when the countdown announces the arrival of the last member of the Rhodes team, It’s finally Rhea Ripley who runs with the Money in the Bank briefcase by Damiant Priest to take advantage of a bloodless Seth Rollins on the ground! Ripley gives the briefcase to an official… but Randy Orton’s music interrupts him, Orton appears on the stage and walks towards the ring!

If the doubts about his presence almost imploded the Rhodes team, the arrival of Orton offers him a breath of fresh air and the 5 men quickly take over Judgment Day.

At the end of the match Zayn and Rollins throw JD McDonagh from the top of the cage as an offering to Orton who gives him a magnificent RKO:

Cody continues with a Cross Rhodes for the count of 3. Judgment Day is defeated! The PPV seems to be over… but CM Punk’s music suddenly resonates in the arena!

You do not dream, CM Punk is back in WWE! We will have to wait for more details…
