On June 5, a witness saw an individual trying to force the lock of a caravan at the Astérix campsite in Bredene. The man then made several trips back and forth to another nearby trailer. ND and his partner AC (45 years old), originally from Seraing (province of Liège), refused to say who they were, which prompted the witness to call the police.

They were staying without authorization
The defendants then tried to flee on an electric scooter, but were quickly intercepted by the police. During the burglary, the Seresian stole 250 euros, a scooter, a television, a fleece blanket and two bottles of soft drinks. The investigation also revealed that the defendants had stayed without authorization in another caravan for several days.
