“My family and I began to position a brand that included jewelry, shoes, girdles, perfumes, body beauty lines and others. I delegated the administration to my brother, who had zero experience in business, because he left school and took control of the company,” Cruz said.

Later he said: “We began to make many mistakes due to lack of knowledge, we never allowed ourselves to be advised. My biggest mistake was trusting them (family), I should have known about numbers and how the company worked, but I relaxed, a serious mistake.“.
