Kochi: Pulsar Suni, the accused in the case of attacking the actress, has approached the Supreme Court seeking bail. He approached the Supreme Court arguing that the trial would not be completed soon. In his bail plea, Pulsar Suni said that he was the only accused in the case.
The High Court had rejected Suni’s bail plea in the case. The action was taken on the ground that bail could not be granted at the stage of further investigation in the case. Pulsar Suni claimed that there was a security threat in the jail.
Meanwhile, the High Court had yesterday granted bail to Vijay, the fourth accused in the case. Vijeesh was in the vehicle with Suni at the time of the incident. All the accused in the case except Pulsar Suni have been granted bail.
