What would be the reaction if you found a large gold pillar on the side of the road unexpectedly while walking down as usual? This was the situation of those who arrived in New York Central Park in the United States the other day. Those present were shocked to find a gold cube mysteriously kept by the roadside.

The approximate value of the gold cube is $ 11.7 million, or Rs 87 crore. A security team was deployed in the park to guard the gold cube.

But all of a sudden, those in the park were confused as to where such a valuable item came from. They nodded, not realizing what a phenomenon this was.

Then the story was understood. This is actually a work of art. The gold cube was created by 43-year-old German artist Niklas Castello. Its name is ‘Castello Cube’. Made of 24 carat gold, the cube is said to weigh 186 kg.

But one wonders why this valuable sculpture is on display in the largest park in Manhattan. A cryptocurrency is also being launched with this sculpture. Castello Coin, traded at $ CAST, is available online at a starting price of Rs 33 each. The NFT auction is also scheduled for February 21. Such a sculpture was designed for its advertisement.

It will cost more than Rs 87 crore in the market. It is made in a special type of kiln made by hand. Such a large quantity of gold was melted in a furnace heated to 1100 C. It took over 4,500 hours to create. It is already hollow, about one and a half feet in size and about a quarter of an inch thick. Nicklas said the cube was made at a factory in Auroville, Switzerland.

Nicklaus’ wife Sylvie Mays has shared pictures of the cube on her social media account. They claimed that no work of art had been made by smelting such a large quantity of gold. The cube was unveiled at a private dinner at the Cipriani Hotel on Wall Street. The event was attended by many celebrities.

Many people who came to the park praised Nicholas’ artwork. Others said it was normal.
