Khudaiberdiev on leaving coach Samokhin: “I can call this decision one of the most difficult, serious and painful in my life” – Figure Skating
Elizaveta Khudaiberdieva and Yegor Bazin had previously left Denis Samokhin’s group and moved on to Alexander Zhulin.
“For almost seven years I worked in the team of Denis Samokhin. As you may have learned from social networks, our cooperation has come to an end.
My first steps in ice dancing, victories in junior competitions, silver at the junior world championship (for the third season in my entire career, by the way!), bronze at the pre-Olympic championship of the country and a very recent victory at the Russian championship – all this happened thanks to the work and efforts of the coaching headquarters.
This decision I can call one of the most difficult, serious and painful in my life. Everyday training, training camps, competitions, victories, defeats, at some point in my life, Denis Eduardovich, Maria Valerievna and Nikolai Nikonov became my closest people.
We want to move on, improve, and following discussing everything with Egor, we came to the general opinion that we need to take this difficult step. I want to say a huge thank you to you for everything.
We are extremely grateful, ”Khudayberdieva wrote in the telegram channel.
Doha: After completing the second ten days of Ramadan fasting, it is time for the last ten days of blessings. By breaking the fast on Tuesday 20, believers enter into the days of very special nights. In the last 10 years, huge arrangements have been made in view of the crowd in the mosques.
Believers will be active in prayer ways by having itikaaf (prayer) in the mosques day and night. Auqaf as a section of Islamic religious affairs has made extensive preparations in all mosques. The authorities have announced the list of 111 mosques for Itikaf. From Doha to Alkhor and Wakrah, mosques have been prepared for I’tikaf in various parts of Qatar, day and night. According to belief, in the last ten days, men and women actively sit in mosques reciting the Qur’an, praying and praying.
Children below 18 years of age are allowed to sit I’tikaf with their parents. It has been suggested that the mosque and its premises should be kept clean and the worshipers should not talk or behave in a way that might cause trouble.
One of the most prominent symptoms of aging is skin aging. For effective anti-aging, it is necessary to take care of it consistently from the late 20s to the 30s to 40s when the skin elasticity begins to decline in earnest. Let’s look at the causes and types of skin aging, and effective anti-aging methods.

Intrinsic aging vs extrinsic aging
Aging can be broadly divided into intrinsic aging and extrinsic aging. Endogenous aging is a natural phenomenon that no one can avoid due to aging caused by the passage of time. As endogenous aging progresses, fine wrinkles appear, the skin becomes dry, and its elasticity decreases.
Extrinsic aging is a phenomenon caused by the external environment, smoking, etc., and it is also called ‘photoaging’ because ultraviolet rays are the main cause. As photoaging progresses, wrinkles deepen and pigment diseases occur, and skin elasticity decreases, resulting in sagging symptoms.
If endogenous aging is an unavoidable phenomenon, extrinsic aging can be controlled to some extent through individual efforts or habit improvement. You should use sunscreen regularly, and wash your face thoroughly following going out to remove harmful substances such as fine dust from your skin.
You also need to pay attention to facial expressions. This is because wrinkles form faster and deepen in areas with more movement. The habit of raising or frowning is also a major factor in deepening wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyebrows.
Skin care according to aging
Recently, many people are making various efforts such as ‘home care’ to restore skin elasticity. Cosmetic ingredients that help restore skin elasticity include △retinoids △antioxidants △peptides △growth factors. Among them, the most commonly used are retinoids (retinol, retinaldehyde, retinyl ester, etc.), which are known to promote collagen production in the dermis and reduce increased pigmentation when used consistently.
Care should be taken when using retinoid products. Since retinoids are sensitive to UV rays, they should be used in the evening, and since they are prone to skin irritation, it is recommended to start with a small amount and gradually increase the amount. There are cases where you are always looking for a high-content retinoid, but the higher the content, the higher the possibility of side effects along with the effect.
Some people find it difficult to use retinoid products. Those with sensitive or dry skin. In this case, you can try cosmetics with ‘EGF’ ingredient that can help strengthen the skin barrier and moisturize.
EGF effective for skin moisturizing and barrier management
EGF is ‘epithelial growth factor’, and it can be said to be a skin self-healing ingredient produced by our body. EGF decreases rapidly in the body around the age of 30. Slower skin wound healing and rougher skin with age may partly be attributed to a decrease in EGF.
The effectiveness of EGF has been revealed through several studies. It is a proven fact that it promotes collagen and elastin synthesis, inhibits melanin production, and increases the production of hyaluronic acid, a skin moisturizing factor. Considering this, especially from the age of 30 to 40, when skin aging is intensified, you can use EGF to help restore the skin barrier and prevent aging.
In addition, taking vitamins C and E, vegetables, fruits, and nuts, which have antioxidant effects, is also helpful for skin health.
