International superstar Celine Dion has canceled all her concert tours scheduled until April 2024 to continue receiving treatment for a rare neurological disorder.

“I’m so sorry to disappoint you all again,” the singer said in a statement to the Associated Press. “I’m really working hard to get my strength back, but touring can be very difficult even when you’re at your best 100 percent. Stiff person syndrome causes muscle stiffness and painful muscle spasms, and can appear during situations such as loud noises or light contact. The cause is still unknown, but it is believed to be an autoimmune disorder. Severe cases can cause difficulty walking and bending.
