In Neuquén there are five people arrested for the organized robbery that was committed against the supermarket of Antártida Argentina and Catriel, on August 20 at 11:30 p.m. A Court of Review examined the situation of each one, and produced modifications.

His colleague Álvarez pointed out that “whoever takes advantage of a situation of social unrest to affect the property of another, can hinder the investigation or escape.”
To the defendants “They are not blamed for having caused the social upheavalthat is part of the faults that correspond to and pertain to the Executive Branch»he added. But “no one can take advantage of this situation”.
Finally, a piece of information: the hearing started an hour late, because the Transfer of Detainees division had the address of those who are serving house arrest written down incorrectly. They went to look for them and supposedly they were not there, a serious fault, which could have cost them going to a police station. But it was a bureaucratic mistake.
One of those who has preventive detention lives in Neuquén for six months but another address appears on your ID because it hasn’t changed yet. That was considered “lack of roots”not a bureaucratic error, and was used to substantiate flight risk.
