Black metal project CHAOIST have signed a deal with Wormholedeath for the EP “Annul”, which is due out on October 28th, 2022.
CHAOIST, speaking about the signing, explained: “Now, while the embers of the work burn fiercely and draw closer and closer to a conclusion, the release of ‘Annul’ has borne yet another fruit from his subconscious. When the written Maeteria was completed, paths crossed with the Wormholedeath label, which led to a mutual understanding that was eventually culminated in collaboration and partnership.The physical and digital release of the EP will manifest under this banner and through this union “Annul” will also be released globally across the label’s many channels.Through this leap moving forward the finishing preparations are being made so that the dual echo, reflecting both the past and the future, can now be uttered in a more than worthy manner!”
Within the confines of the mind, like those of the white walls, impressions and expressions gather and fill the space. They paint the walls and leave their subtle blend of scents in the air until they inevitably evaporate, leaving only a precipitate, the essence of a moment that only aims at its limits. Yet in all detachment, even by its very movement, a state of overflow is brought about by more and more gluttony until matter is revived in one way or another. In 2013, this was a rough premise, after previous attempts at writing both musically and lyrically, with participation in other projects when Tyrker was formed. Though short-lived, having broken up after several live performances, this is where the ubiquitous idea of composing and recording alone became real.
As the work proceeds, previous forms and patterns are distorted into what is meant to be through the means of their materialization and the direction of meaning. Baptized in Excess, now dubbed “Joys of Life,” was the debut and full-length release, “Thank Death” in 2015 through Depressive Illusions Records. Since it was a debut, the end result was more than satisfactory for both parties. Although at that time I was active in other projects like ЖЕГОР and KOBB, the material for the next release was written relatively quickly. The final form should be refined and purified to a degree that not only reflects the music but also its meaning. But the heyday of a second, full-length release finally happened in 2018, dubbed “Ausweg/Existenzfeind” via Jesboligakurac Records.
In addition to the focus on creative flow, the goal has now shifted to bringing a cohesive group together to produce live performances. Within a year, ideas and images were coming together and rehearsals were being organized but never really taking off with the full force they were supposed to. As a result, the incoherent spawn only grew and became more centered, feeding and feeding on past, present, and future, only to be regurgitated again, but also aching over his own image, painting the walls black with his bulk and, in his gluttony, den spirit directed to rising above itself as well. Now that the present exaltation has ended and is about to be released into the world, the necessary changes have been made to reflect properly in matter and spirit. Just one of them is the name “Chaoist” under which the work is to be continued and through a newly developed partnership, under the banner of Wormholedeath, the following EP “Annul” will be released soon.

Through this leap forward, the finishing preparations are being made so that the twofold echo, reflecting both past and future may be uttered, now in an even more than worthy manner!”

The final form was to be more refined, and purified, to a degree that not only reflects the music more but also its meaning. Yet, the blossom of a second, full-length release happened at last in 2018, bearing the name “Ausweg/Existenzfeind” via Jesboligakurac Records.
Along with maintaining focus on a creative flow, now it was also shifted to the aim of bringing together a coherent group to bring forth live performances. In the span of a year, ideas and images comingled and rehearsals were organized, but never truly carried the full force they were meant to.
Through this, the incoherent spawn only grew and became more centered feeding and being fed by past, present, and future only to be regurgitated again, but also aching above its own image, painting the walls black with its mass and in its gluttony directing the mind to also rise even above itself.
With the current exaltation now finished and to be released into the world, the necessary changes have been undergone to appropriately reflect in matter and spirit. Only one of these being the name “Chaoist”, under which the Work is to continue henceforth and through a newly developed partnership, under the banner of Wormholedeath the following EP “Annul” will soon be published.
