(dpa) The heavy metal festival in Wacken (D) got off to a turbulent start: Because the festival site was sinking in mud due to bad weather, significantly fewer people were allowed in. Early Wednesday morning, the festival announced on Instagram that the “reasonable visitor capacity” had been reached given the weather conditions. Any further travel must be stopped and cancelled.
