While the schedule reveal is a special milestone in every franchise’s season, there are some teams for which it’s critically important, and Charlotte is one of them. Having failed to snatch the Playoffs last season, the Hornets will be keen to achieve this during the 2022-23 fiscal year. And to do this… well, you have to cross your fingers to have the most lenient schedule possible. Steve Clifford’s men therefore have a total ban on screwing up their first five games, more or less affordable
It can also be noted that Charlotte is one of the teams with the fewest back-to-backs of the season (12), but that it will however be necessary to be wary of back-to-back meetings such as against Toronto, Boston, Dallas, Cleveland or Miami again. # A few posters to remember: Of course, we’ll be watching for Adam Silver’s poisoned Christmas gift to the Hornets with a six-game West Coast road trip in the middle of December. The first game against Atlanta on October 23 will also be a must see to gauge the two franchises, who will both fight to continue the adventure beyond the 82 regular season games. A meeting which will also be the first broadcast at French time for Charlotte, as will two other ultra-important games against Cleveland in the home stretch.
