A chilling attack occurred inside a house in the Buenos Aires town of General Rodríguez and was recorded by a local security camera: a man was killed beaten with a piece of wood and shot after having carried out a fight with pineapples with his brother-in-law. The crime happened in front of the whole family.
Everything happened last Friday at an address located at the intersection of Fortín Güemes and Fortín Mercedes streets, in that locality of the West of Greater Buenos Aires. Over there, Matias da Silva (37) was killed after receiving a shot to the leg and numerous blows to the head with a wooden stick.
For the homicide, the victim’s brother-in-law, Maximilian Enrique Hugo Ivaldi45, and her son Ezequiel Matias Suarez, de 27.
In this context, in the last hours of this Saturday, a video was released from a security camera located inside the property where the Da Silva crime occurred. the pictures are terrible: in that document the beginning of the fight between the relatives is seen, and how Suárez, son of Ivaldi, he shoots his father’s brother-in-law.
Before the ending is missing, in the images you can see how everything also begins. Da Silva arrives at the Ivaldi family’s home with an object in his hand and immediately greets a girl no more than 5 years old.
Later, he crosses paths with Ivaldi, who seems to ignore him. Given this, Da Silva rebukes him and, without saying a word, he kicks his brother in the back. Immediately afterwards, she throws the object that she had in her hand at him and they both begin to punch each other.
After a few seconds, Suárez, Ivaldi’s son, appears in the shot, wearing a yellow sweatshirt: He grabs a wooden bar from a construction site and starts hitting Da Silva.
There, the two brothers-in-law fall to the ground. The image is covered by a parked car, but it can be seen how Suárez takes a gun out of his pocket and start shooting towards where the fight was happening between his father and Da Silva.
When the Police arrived at the scene, they found the terrible scene: Da Silva already lifeless, with evidence of having received severe blows to the face. He was tied to a post. According to investigative sources, Ivaldi himself declared to the authorities that the victim had addiction problems and that Friday he had come home drunk.
According to the preliminary analysis of the experts at the scene, it was established that Da Silva’s body had severe bruises on his head (in the parietal area) and he had an entry and exit bullet hole in the tibia of his leg right.
A kid was also kidnapped at the scene. short .32 millimeter caliber weaponfour intact cartridges, a served case and a piece of wood about 60 centimeters long, which would have been the element with which they hit Da Silva on the head. They also seized 10 meters of roller curtain rope, with which the victim had been tied to the post.
UFI No. 9 of the Moreno-General Rodríguez judicial department, in charge of Alejandra Rodríguez, intervenes in the case, who decided to arrest Ivaldi and Suárez, who accused them of the crime of homicide.
