Chinese President Xi Jinping has said that the People’s Liberation Army “should focus on preparing for real combat action.”
According to the Russia Today website, he sent such instructions to the participants in the National Defense and Military Reform Symposium, which was held in Beijing.
The event was attended by members of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
The Chinese president also instructed to strictly adhere to the plan to achieve the goals of military reform.
