The main players Wang Shuang, Wang Shanshan and Tang Jiali who won the Women’s Asian Cup at the beginning of this year are all listed. Wu Haiyan, who missed the Asian Cup due to injury, returned from injury.
In addition, Zhang Linyan, who was announced to join the Swiss Grasshoppers a few days ago, will also join the team. Young goalkeeper Pan Hongyan under the age of 18 was selected for the squad for her outstanding performance in the Women’s Super League.
According to the East Asia Cup schedule, the Chinese women’s football team will face the Chinese Taipei team in the first match on July 20, followed by the South Korean team on July 23, and finally challenge the host Japan team on July 26.
