Diet

– Healthy nutrition for the child by following a diet rich in the vitamins, proteins and minerals that the body needs.

– Stay away from ready-made foods as much as possible because they contain hydrogenated oils, in addition to sticking to salad and eating fresh natural fruits.

– Stay away from passive smoking.

– Drinking a lot of water.

Healthy sleep

Healthy sleep means that the child gets enough sleep to avoid fatigue, which leads to a weak immune system in children, and also affects their physical development.

Vaccinations

Parents are committed to giving their young children seasonal vaccinations, such as influenza and pneumonia vaccination, on time, in order to avoid the risk of infection with viruses, especially during the change of seasons.

Vitamins

It is necessary for children to take some of the vitamins that their bodies need, during the period of weather fluctuations and the spread of viruses, in order to prevent the risk of contracting any infection, and these vitamins include vitamin C, the most prominent sources of which are oranges, guava and lemon, in addition to Omega 3, which is abundant in fish, and also Children are on vitamin D, but only after medical advice.
