Christian Alfonso Frederick Thorsen Silva was born in Lima on June 19, 1964 and studied at the Colegio Franco-Peruano de Surco. He became known as a model for the Gisela show in America in 1993.
A year later he would host the night program ‘Sin Vergüenza’ with Tatiana Astengo on ATV and in 1995 he would do so on ‘A mi Manera’ on the same channel. In 1996 he would star in the telenovela Nino alongside Mónica Sánchez.
He was also part of the telenovelas Todo se compra, todo se venda in 1997 and Amor Serrano in 1998.
His most remembered productions would be Mil Oficios (2001-2002) as Mauricio Rivera, Así es la Vida (2008) as Gurgen and Al Fondo Hay Sitio (2009-2015) as Raúl del Prado ‘Platanazo’. He has also been part of many other series, soap operas and plays, among which are:

WHY IS CHRISTIAN THORSEN SINGLE AND HAS NO CHILDREN?
Christian Thorsen had the opportunity to be married to Marina Tejada in 2008, but the marriage only lasted two and a half years. The actor remembers his ex-partner very fondly and noted that the bond was not lasting due to his childhood traumas.
Thorsen said that his parents were very cold and distant, which is why he developed a great emotional need, although he did not know how to express these kinds of feelings.
