Chuando Tan, a photographer in Singapore, suddenly became the spotlight because at the age of 57, his facial appearance still looks very young, even at the age of 20. This man, who also worked as a model in the 1980s, is very careful about his diet.

Not without reason, Chuando Tan adheres to the principle that a person’s body and health, including physical and mental health, is 70 percent dependent on the food they eat, the rest comes from exercise.

Because of this, Tan admitted that he routinely eats six boiled eggs for breakfast, only taking two parts of the egg yolk, because he avoids the possibility of high cholesterol. Chuando Tan is also used to drinking a glass of milk and sometimes adds avocado and berries to his breakfast menu.

Meanwhile, for lunch, Tan chose a slightly larger portion by adding rice. For example, eat chicken with rice, grilled vegetables and fish soup. The photographer also avoids coffee and tea, drinking water more often.

Tan doesn’t even smoke or drink alcohol. For the evening, he chooses to eat fresh vegetable salad.

Chuando Tan’s healthy eating pattern is accompanied by exercise, at least three to four times a week. In one practice, 30 minutes can pass.

The various workouts that are followed include cardio training. Sometimes he also chooses to swim.

Tan’s face in his 50s is often accused of being the result of plastic surgery and the use of special cosmetics. On several occasions, Chuando Tan clearly denied this.

“I have sensitive skin, that’s why I only use 2 things every day, a gel facial cleanser and a moisturizing cream,” she emphasized.

Chuando Tan didn’t have many facial treatments, he admitted that he had tried the Botox procedure once, but the results or effects he obtained were not as imagined. Therefore, he no longer carries out a number of these procedures.

Tan’s sleeping hours are almost always regular. He tries not to sleep past 11 pm and gets ‘deep sleep’ because he stops eating five to six hours before going to bed.

“Believe me, going to bed early is beneficial. With enough sleep, you will be able to do more things during the day than working at night,” said Tan, quoted from Bright Side, Wednesday (3/1/2024).
