And the artist, Dina, explained that the series “Hazrat El Omda” discusses an important topic, which is the issue of female circumcision, and discusses women’s issues, following up: “I love the complex roles that you presented.”

She added, “The woman who is circumcised is not cruel, on the contrary, she is beautiful, but she has a problem that she cannot treat, and she will continue with her for a long life, and her husband must help her.”

Dina expressed her happiness at the interaction of people with her role in the series “Jaafar Al-Omda,” adding that “her fans really told her that you looked like a farmer and your appearance in the role is different, and all my friends said that I influenced them.”

The law stipulates that “anyone who requests female circumcision and was circumcised upon his request shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than 5 years. for a period of not less than 10 years.

According to the fatwas of the Standing Committee for Scholarly Research and Issuing Fatwas in Saudi Arabia, circumcision is one of the Sunnahs of instinct, and it is for both males and females, but it is obligatory for males and Sunnah and honorable for women.

According to the collection of fatwas and articles of Sheikh Abd al-Aziz bin Baz, female circumcision is Sunnah, if there is a male or female doctor who improves it.

And in the collection of fatwas and letters of Sheikh Muhammad bin Saleh bin Uthaymeen: The ruling on circumcision is controversial, and the closest sayings are that circumcision is obligatory for men, and it is Sunnah for women.
