Cirque du Soleil: the contrasting revival of a Quebec icon

On the borders of Old Montreal and the port of the great metropolis of Quebec, where the St. Lawrence River carried huge blocks of ice a few weeks ago, Cirque du Soleil (CDS) is setting up its big tent, with the hope to welcome 2,500 people every day until mid-August.
