Tamil superstar Dhanush has sent a lawyer’s notice seeking compensation from his parents. According to reports, the couple from Madurai has demanded Rs 10 crore in compensation. Advocate for Dhanush and his father Kasturi Raja, Adv. The. The notice was sent by Haja Moideen.
The notice also asks the couple to refrain from making false claims against Dhanush and to apologize publicly. The couple will face a defamation suit of Rs 10 crore for tarnishing the actor’s reputation if the fake complaint is not withdrawn, the lawyer said in a notice. K. Kathiresan and Meenakshi had approached the court years ago seeking an order to pay Rs 65,000 per month as Dhanush was their son and was in poor financial condition.
The medical board had confirmed that Dhanush did not have any of the marks indicated by the couple from Madurai to prove that he was their son. The court also did not accept the plaintiffs’ lawyer’s contention that the marks had been erased by laser treatment.
They claim that Dhanush is their son and that he left the school due to his obsession with cinema.
