Coach Jackie J Signs With United Talent Agency

United Talent Agency has inked digital sports personality Jackie Johnston—widely recognized as Coach Jackie J—to represent her in digital media, sports media, podcasting, brand partnerships, and film and television acting.

The Bottom Line

  • Coach Jackie J brings a combined following of 1.5 million followers across Instagram and TikTok to her new representation at United Talent Agency.
  • The signing arrives on the heels of her recently launched women’s sports-focused podcast, Is She Game?, produced in partnership with Reign and Barack and Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground.
  • Alongside her new deal with United Talent Agency, Johnston continues to be managed by Curate Management.

Expanding the Is She Game Podcast and Digital Footprint

Her pact comes hot on the heels of the debut of Is She Game?, a women’s athletics podcast hosted by Coach Jackie J that stems from Reign alongside Barack and Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground. Drawing on an audience of 1.5 million combined followers on TikTok and Instagram, Coach Jackie J drops fresh installments of the show on a weekly basis every Friday. The first episode premiered Oct. 9 and featured an interview with Billie Jean King.

The digital creator targets an audience of women in sports and the LGBTQ+ community. She first rose to prominence with her coverage of the 2023 March Madness and Women’s World Cup. Since then, Coach Jackie J has become a voice at the intersection of sports and entertainment, discussing everything from reality TV to lesbian pop culture.

United Talent Agency Bolsters Its Creator Division

United Talent Agency pointed to her advocacy work when announcing the partnership. “Through her sharp analysis, humor, and relentless advocacy, she has built a passionate, fast-growing community across social media, championing women’s athletics and LGBTQ+ representation in sports,” the agency said regarding the signing.

The new representation for the women’s sports content creator also follows United Talent Agency bolstering leadership within its creator division to position digital content makers for new business lines. United Talent Agency originally launched its digital talent representation group in 2006. Recent creator signings include Slushy Noobz, Al Nash, lifestyle creators Britney De Villiers and Daniella Stockley (known as DaniBabes), Nimi Mehta, and entrepreneurship-focused creators Grace Andrews and Tara Keeney.
