CoD: MWll: "Beta Weekend 2" update, 2 new maps / "Grand War" appearance / 7 weapon adjustments, etc.

The latest CoD series by Activision and Infinity Ward “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ll (Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 / MWll)”, the beta “Weekend 2” will start on September 23rd. Details of the update have been released accordingly.

Implemented 2 new battle maps: “Sariff Bay(Sarif Bay)” and “Said(Said)”

Added new game modes

“Grand War” is back!Enjoy up to 32v32 matches with new vehicles and dynamic combat
Introducing Invasion, a sandbox team deathmatch (although we prefer to call it Grand War Shipment). Invasion has 2 teams of 20 players and 2 teams of 20 AI soldiers. 80 battle personnel are jumbled together in a large map, battles on water, ground and air vehicles, etc. create complete chaos!
Weekend 2 brings back the Moshpit in 3rd person view

Adjusted player visibility to make enemy targets easier to spot

PERK

Perk earn rates remain the same as they were at the start of Beta Weekend 1.But we plan to increase this rate dramatically

audio

Overall reduction in distance at which enemy and ally footsteps can be heard
Mixed the sliding volume of nearby and absent players to match other moving sounds
Added equalizer to soften all friendly footsteps relative to enemy footsteps, making enemy sounds more distinguishable
Tweaked the mix of preset sounds, especially environmental sounds.This makes your footsteps sound slightly softer.

User interface

Tons of fixes to user experience, including gunsmithing and progression level issues. Weekend 2 level cap is 30.If you played in Weekend 1, your progress will carry over to Weekend 2.
