For the deputy to the Legislative Council of the Bolívar state (Cleb) for the Un Nuevo Tiempo (UNT) party, Carlos Rodríguez, the Coexistence Law for Citizen Security and Peace would benefit the inhabitants in the free exercise of citizen coexistence.

“We have been working actively on the development of this law, by virtue of the fact that we may have deep political differences with the parliamentary majority, but our responsibility in the free exercise of citizens in suffrage makes us all legislators equally,” he said. .

The general secretary of UNT in the entity recalled that citizens must understand “that our rights end where our duties begin.”

“We have seen how public spaces are sometimes vandalized causing deterioration in them, if we add to this a government that does not have enough responsibility for recovery, citizens must have some mechanisms to take care of them,” he emphasized.

Rodríguez clarified that the free exercise of citizen functions in terms of construction, roads, transportation, and noise pollution must also be respected.

“Many times people are in a residence and there are some colleagues who place vehicles with loud sounds, disturbing others; he has the right to be happy and to listen to his music, but they also have the duty to respect other citizens, ”he launched.
