The majority of Jews living in Austria feel safe in this country. In the most recent annual survey by the Jewish Community (IKG), 29 percent of those surveyed said they felt “very safe” in public spaces, and another 38 percent said they felt “safe.” Only two percent feel “not safe at all”. This was the result of the survey presented last July.
