1. Peace

2. The care
He promised to take care of old age and childhood, the disabled and “those that history or society have marginalized.” “We will make a care policy so that no one is left behind,” she said, and “a policy that is sensitive to the suffering and pain of others, with tools and solutions to create equality.”
3. Gender equality
“I will rule with and for the women of Colombia“, underlined the new president who promised -again- to create a Ministry of Equality headed by Vice President Francia Márquez. “We want real equality and security so that Colombian women can walk in peace and not fear for their lives,” she emphasized.
4. Dialogue without exceptions

“I will defend Colombian men and women from violence and I will work so that families feel safe and calm,” said the new president, who spoke of “a comprehensive security strategy” that ranges from prevention to “persecution of criminal structures and the modernization of the security forces”.
7. Fight against corruption
He advocated a “firm hand and without regard” to corruption. “We are going to recover what was stolen, watch so that it is not done again and transform the system to discourage this type of practice,” she pointed out.
8. Environment
“I will protect our soil and subsoil, our seas and rivers, our air and sky,” he assured. Petro, who speaks of the strong defense of the environment in almost all his speeches. He thus promised to “confront the uncontrolled deforestation of our forests and promote the development of renewable energies.”
9. Boosting development
