Colombian magazine says that Taylor Hawkins died of an overdose of heroin and other drugs

The death of drummer Taylor Hawkins continues to generate news. During this afternoon, the Colombian magazine Semana gave an account of a piece of information that they say authorities of the coffee country gave them. Hawkins died of an overdose of heroin mixed with antidepressants and benzodiazepines.

They also point out that forensic examinations of the corpse also found marijuana. The publication adds that at least 10 psychoactive substances were found in Hawkins.

Both the Prosecutor’s Office and Legal Medicine of Colombia ruled out a homicide, because the body did not show signs of violence.
