Funcom announces that Age of Sorcery is available immediately. It’s the biggest free update since the launch of Conan Exiles. The time has finally come for the feature that the community has been looking forward to by far the most: magic.
Players can plunge into dark corruption, sacrificing their slaves for blood and summoning demons, undead allies and more to survive and dominate the wild Exiled Lands. New perks and a revised attribute system await the players. With a brand new building interface and creative mode, fortresses can now be built faster than ever before.
Age of Sorcery is the first update following a completely new model of the game. While the gameplay content and new features are available for free, players can Conan Exiles support through paid cosmetics tied to a Battle Pass and the Item Shop. Further updates are already being planned, remain true to the theme of different ages (ages) and always contain several chapters.
Probably the biggest change that players will notice right away is the amount of choices in character creation. You can sacrifice a portion of your life energy for sorcery and depravity, take on the role of an untameable barbarian, or experiment with both. Encounters with other players in the Exiled Lands change significantly as a result.
The Battle Pass consists exclusively of cosmetic items, including building parts in magic optics, armor, weapons, mounts and much more. By completing challenges, the Battle Pass can be leveled up to earn rewards. Some of them are free for all players.
Conan Exiles has received regular updates since launch and offers a huge amount of content. The game is free to try September 1-8 on Steam and September 8-11 on Xbox. Conan Exiles is also available via Game Pass.
